Our Approach

We are actively seeking Retail and Industrial properties with value-add potential, including opportunities such as physical obsolescence, deferred maintenance, distressed assets, below-market rents, or high vacancy.

High vacancy (20%+)

Combined traffic counts of at least 15,000. 

Under 70’ deep

Retail parking 4-5 per 1,000 sqft of gross leasable sqft.
